Gary Jacobs, Principal​

 

Gary Jacobs worked over 15 years as a Product Development Artist and Graphic Designer for a major consumer products company until attending SolarFest 2010 in Tinmouth Vermont, and developing a passion for Solar Energy. He studied Solar PV Design & Installation at Infinite Solar School, PA, in Philadelphia, and passed his NABCEP Entry Level Exam.

 

Gary's first contacts in the field very quickly realized the advantages that his skills and creative perspective brought to their business, and he started doing site-plans and other visuals on a regular basis. SolArt was developed as an extension of these services.

 

Gary also teaches Graphic Design and Fine Arts at Tunxis Community College, Farmington, CT, and has an extensive teaching, exhibition and commercial history in the Arts. SolArt LLC owes much gratitude to the Small Business Technical Assistance Program of the University of Hartford, CT.
